I have been working on GPU driver stack for 2 years now and am considering to switch to a new company for a better TC
My work is related optimizing Compute workload including machine learning operators and open cl kernels. I have closely worked with compilers and OS teams. I do love my current work but in my next job I would like to explore other areas of the stack.
(I have MS in computer Engineering and have taken multiple courses in Comp arch, OS and compilers)
Any suggestions on whats would be challenging and interesting? What would be stable option for next few years? And which companies are actively hiring for these teams
