How much to expect for SDE at NatWest/RBS UK?

Have completed rounds at NatWest Group/RBS for non London role (either Manchester/Bristol or Edinburgh) in the UK for SDE. How much can I ask for and expect?
I'm based in India so they told me my TC will be little less compared to peers as they need to take care of relocation/visa costs.

Frankly I'm disappointed and asked them for 50+.
But reality is UK salary is low outside of London.
Also I'm due for a raise and expect my TC to move to 34 at least.
