I’m hearing Amazon is the heaviest with PiP’s culture- trying to push people out. Is it true?
What’s it like to work at Amazon? How the culture?
Are all these blind reviews true? Are people over embellishing ?

Don't believe the HR shills saying it's not true.
The unregretted attrition goal was 7% when I worked there as a manager. But they put 20% of the people on Focus, dev plan, PIP, etc to identify the 7%, and make life hell for the others.
There are many other cruel aspects of the company beyond PIP that makes it the Earth's worst employer.
Sometimes a manager blocks an internal transfer by putting an employee on focus. (I never did this though).
Amazon is for those who don't know what a healthy and normal life is like. And for those who are on work visas and don't have other high paying options.
Search around for such Amazon posts. The happy ones are usually grossly underpaid and don't want to rattle the cage.
Anyway join and report back.
