Got a phone interview, super nervous have not interviewed in about 3 years. Any current AWS team members can provide any helpful advice? Interview is for early April, plenty of time to study and not sound stupid or nervous. I have two french bulldogs that are very photogenic that I can DM in exchange for tips. <3 <3

When asked behavioral questions, I didn’t attempt to force my story onto an LP. I just knew the stories I had written down on my document would naturally hit on those LPs. And I didn’t use my document for the interview. It was just for prep.
They’re going to ask questions without explicitly saying the LP. Like “tell me about a time you were facing a deadline and knew you wouldn’t finish on time.”
Remove the LP tags and shuffle the list.
Now see if you can match the question with the LP.
Once you can tell by the question which LP is being tested, it becomes much easier to build your answer around it.
I think they are supposed to reply to you within 2 days as a rule after phone.
