FDM Overtime Pay Lawsuit

Heard Government was urged to investigate Capita and FDM Group Inc for some time and now there's a lawsuit set out for FDM not paying their consultants overtime pay or appropriate overtime pay. Curious to see everyone's thoughts on this.
