Management has shown descrimination in recent hiring and promotions - aka females with experience and proven track record are passed over for a less qualified male. Other signs of descrimination are female managers being left out of key meetings and decisions, while their male team members are included. What do i need to make a case? Is it even likely to be successful? Is it better to just leave?
I'm sorry this is happening. 3/5 of blind are super reactionary men's rights types so I don't know if you'll get good advice here.
Talk to your lawyer. Usually one needs documentation and a pattern.
Do you have any evidence/data to back up hiring trends? How are you able to judge on a personās qualifications?
I have been experiencing the same thing at my company for years. Outside counsel would be your only recourse as company HR will not intervene. It is nearly impossible to prove gender discrimination. A bunch of women filed a class action suit over pay disparity at a prior employer of mine and they had tons of evidence. The case was still dismissed. Good luck.
Sorry to hear about this. Was this at Facebook?
Take lots of notes, gather evidence.
Damm here is the opposite females get promoted more for diversity purposes.
