I keep reading about there being more men than women in tech and how we need more women, but my team is three quarters women including the manager. Most of the people looking to transfer are also women. With ratios like this, shouldn’t my team get an award, and I get some sort of recognition as a women-friendly non-bro-y allied engineer?
