have 3 girls, and hoping to get a boy next, exploring options.
what worked for you ?
is IVF the only way or anything else possible
IVF is too expensive (bay area) and no guarantee how many cycles it may take so can't predict exact cost.
please share any alternative, which worked for you or sounds promising.

Otherwise the earliest you can find out the sex is via NIPT test at 10-12 weeks and then youโd need to decide what to do if itโs not what you want. Also it can be wrong if itโs actually a girl since the chromosomes are same as the momโs.
State of World Population Report by United Nations: Between 2013 and 2017, about 460,000 girls in India were missingโ at birth each year. According to one analysis, gender-biased sex selection accounts for about two-thirds of the total missing girls, and post-birth female mortality accounts for about one-third, the report said.
This and several other reports collected fron Census and other studies is available online.
Also not counting the number of little girls dying from sex discrimination.
But as I said all such reports and numbers are meaningless for people like you.
"A lot" means large enough number to skew the sex ratio.
Do not get entangled in the words.
Get the gist.
Also, again India is one country out of 200. โA lotโ would need to be 50%+ elective abortions in the WORLD.
We went through IVF and have all male embryos. Yes I wanted a girl real bad but well, a baby is a baby!
