I interviewed with Microsoft in a hiring event. I gave the best optimal algorithm as per gods of leetcode along with solid use cases for behavioral ques. Get some more experience. Really? Didn't you look at my resume? Midst last round, indian interviewer shouted this is wrong (Map cache = new HashMap()): you have initialized a map with hashmap. Couple of other questions which showed he didn't know basic shit. I'm pretty sure this guy screwed me and many others. Pls don't interview folks if you can't be professional.

Unfortunately Microsoft has fair share of entitled terrible interviewers. They are generally long time tenured and ego bigger than Satya. Most of them would be useless outside Msft. Since Msft interviews for specific teams, be happy you won't have to work with jerks who apparently shout during interviews. Msft is rotten by politics to the core, thanks to Ballmer phase. Move on don't let it affect you.
Can you submit anonyoums feedback somewhere? Do they take photos of your code and store them somewhere? Do they record the interview for training purposes like some other companies do?
This is why companies don't normally give feedback on interviews, they are damned if they do and damned if they don't.
While I have received that feedback in different ways (we are going with another more experienced candidate, unfortunately you don't have enough experience etc.), It is quite common to get inexperienced assholes as interviewers of all races and genders. I'm sorry that happened to you, but you're better off not going somewhere where people like that are not fired yet.
Damn these Indian interviewers don’t know how to ask a question without coming off as a condescending assholes
Sometimes I wonder if those interviewers were sent to you because the company wanted to test your capabilities of dealing with stupidity.
Maybe interviewer didn't know java.

I think that feedback must have been for the interviewer.
