Uber Compensation Structure

I know Uber tends to front load their equity package in offers (35% first year, 30% second, 20% third, 15% fourth). However, does anyone know what their refresher program looks like? Do you effectively get a hefty pay decrease every 2 years or is there a way that number gets bumped and/or refreshed?
