Ghosting after all interviews
Had interviews with 3 companies Oracle : no reply from 3 weeks after trying to negotiate the offer Walmart: all interviews done had a chat with Senior director and VP never heard from them in 2months CME GROUP : Excelled in the 4 -1 hours and never came back in 1 month Are these companies afraid to say no or just want to waste time of people #ghosting. ๐

I feel you, itโs the reality. Iโve learnt to never call back, If they need they will reach out.
Stop giving duck about who ghost you, there are tier 1 companies that need your help, but the Key thing that you would have to know is what is that you have done wrong and what is that you have done right.
