Wife and i hit mil $ NW recently and we want to get a nicer car as a reward. I'm considering buying a 2017 Giulia AWD or a 2018 Bmw X2 Xdrive. I like both cars and both are reasonably decked out, total < 30k OTD. Trading in a 2014 BMW 3-series for around 12k, so I will probably pay all cash. Other option I'm considering is a 330xi xdrive, but it just feels like more the same car that I already have. Giulia has 2 years of warranty left, X2 has 4 years (CPO)
I'd love to get opinions on which one would be the better car. Both kind of stand out on the road, the Giulia probably more so. Both are similarly decked out and have similar capabilities, the Giulia is probably going to drive better than the X2 and similar to the 3 series, but I've heard it's not as reliable. BMW on the other hand would be a common car but a known quantity that I already enjoy.
