50k euro for a software engineer at B.com is very low. It’s low even for UX designers. Mobility options don’t exist, if you’re hired to work in Amsterdam you can’t move anywhere else internally.
How is your coding skills in Perl? Booking is the only big company that is still heavily using that dinosaur language. Don't do that to yourself. Find a company with a better and more modern tech stack.
