Never understand how Amazon gets a constant stream of morons who want to work here.... most of us are trying to leave for godsake. Last one out, turn off the lights.
If you are in need for a few paychecks and then move on, Amazon is a perfect choice. Easy bs interviews, decent pay. If you wanna stay, well, you are better off killing yourself now.

Sorry but seriously; all of the interview questions are online. It’s the worlds easiest interview, probably why we get treated so badly here.
Look into leadership principles and think of stories around the LPs. As a program manager, your job is to take the heat for everything…none of which you control. Also regularly sending flash on why everything is going down the drain 😃
Agreed. If you say you need resources, LT will say: eat mud! If you say it's not realistic, you will be PIP-ed

Hey have an interview lined up tomorrow as well for an SDE role. Best of luck! And same boat as you, really want a good stepping stone in my resume and a compensation bump too. Even if it involves dealing with BS for a couple years
