Going to sue Robinhood

Robinhood sent me an email with a suspicious login activity which was obviously not made by myself 3 months ago. So I reported the issue to Robinhood. Then I followed their recommendation to change password and submit identification docs. They locked my account, restricts me from trading or transfering for “security”. It’s been 3 months now, can’t trade, can’t transfer, account is still being restricted. I’ve sent numerous requests for them to take actions, they haven’t done shit except telling me to wait. At this point I simply want to transfer my holdings and cash out of it, and close my account. But I can’t. Looks like legal action may be the only way out, although I really don’t want to waste time on them. I fucking hate Robinhood. Oh, they recently sent me an email saying I was one of the accounts that had password stored in plain text. No surprise.
