good SWEs here make 300k or so after 5 YOE. Not bad I would say. The good ones after 6-7 YOE go even higher. But again, not all make that much. Average numbers hover around 200-275 etc

Who tries to work at these places anymore? 80-100 hour weeks minimum for 150K TC that has barely moved in a decade. No thanks

I doubt swe are expected to do those kinda hours. It’s probably pretty relaxed like a bank.
