So far I had a 1) HR call with the recruiter, 2) codarpad interivew And I was told that the team would like to “move forward” to a “phone interview”. I thought the codarpad interview was it before the onsite...? I am not sure if I am having this phone interview becasue I did not seem good enough on the codaepad yet not too bad to reject. What could come up on the second (technically the codarpad interview was on the phone as well) phone interivew? Still technical but no CodarPad? You're gonna be associate not VP, the max they're going to offer is 220 I think. There's going to be what feels like a million interviews and probably periods of ghosting in between.
