Recruiter told me I have cleared my on-site round and they will setup a call with hr to discuss comp and next details.. I had not been in the market for 10+ years (was on some BS koolaid π)
Covid downtime put some sense and gave me time to prepare.. so, any tips on what the salary range for a VP@Goldman could be .. I have 15+ years relevant exp?
Also Google search suggest Goldman title are pretty flat, there is MD directly after VP. Is VP that senior a title ?
Any help or pointers are appreciated

Analyst -> associate -> VP -> MD ->PMD
Would be helpful if you give more info. Is the role in tech? Product? Design? What division? What city?
