Good Amazon teams at Boston/Cambridge?

Seeing quite a few openings across multiple teams at Boston/Cambridge, listed below. Questions: - Are any of them good in terms of WLB, management and reputation? - Any teams that I should avoid? - Are AWS teams generally better in terms of WLB than non-AWS teams? - Migration Services - AWS Migration Hub - Search team - PillPack - AWS EFS - AWS FSx - Entity Resolution(ER) team - Cross Border Transportation Technology - Amazon Robotics - Alexa NLU

Did you find out?

For future ppl- ER and NLU are in the same awesome org with great WLB. AWS generally has worse WLB, but WLB is generally really good for Boston office

EFS is bad. Attrition is high even during growth. Source: me

Do not join the Global Mile or AGS or AGLT or CBT or XBFT or whatever they call themselves now. Shit org. Lots of iteration. Charter changes every 6 months. No idea why they keep doing OP1 and 3YP. Been with this org for around 3 years now. Manger changed 3 times. Senior manager changed 3 times. Director changed 3 times. VP changed 3 times. They keep moving around and slitting/merging teams. Leadership does not care about anyone. People are looking for short term gains as they now they will probably leave in an year. Not at all customer centric. Impossible to get promoted until you say keep your mouth shut and do whatever shit you are asked to. SDE2 are asked to come up with their own projects if they want to move to SDE3. In all a total shit show going on here. Please do not join (any team under Ilse (ilsebrui)).
