I am pretty sure OP is an engineer. So I am basing my opinion on my 3 years of experience of working there as an engineer. The business facing teams have bad wlb but definitely not true for engineering. My wlb was so good that probably the money that I earned per hour in GS India is close to my per hour in US. India is now their second biggest engineering centre and has good growth opportunities also.@Luckbuck it's time you stop basing your opinions on folklore now.
I don't think you will find a company providing a better WLB than Microsoft. Maybe Google.

From WLB perspective, SAP is also a brilliant option.
How is the work and pay?
Pay: After 14 years of experience, SAP can definitely match your CTC expectations. Just have the competing offer letter in hand. Work: Depends on the team. SAP has its own technologies like SAP UI5, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP HANA Database etc which feels boring to work with for most of the time. But there are good projects going on too.
