What are some good tech companies with strong company wide WFH culture (in which I can work from home multiple times a week)? By "good" I mean reasonable pay, culture and growth.
What's Google's WFH policy?
Officially you are only supposed to do it if you really need to, not more than twice a month. In practice it varies a lot by team.
Autodesk has been great for this. I work from home and may go into the office once a month for team building. Get paid damn well and the people are great. Only hardship is not a lot of upward Mobility.
Microsoft depending on the team. My personal team is allowed to wfh twice a week no questions asked and more times if needed just be emailing team/manager
What org?
Juniper is good with remote but is a bit unstable right now.
Amazon. I let my SDE work from home regularly as much as they want. Some only come to the office 1 day a week.
Which team in Amazon
I dont know about WFH but intel has a great WTF policy :)
LOL. WFH was nearly non-existent when I was at Intel, but WTF was fairly common.
Jokes aside, i am almost 100% wfh but i am in sales
Stripe is good for remote employees
It depends on your team and manager. Fb, Apple, googs, go ahead and wfh if you're getting shit done no one cares...as long as your manager knows it.
Salesforce
I think the role will have as much to do with the working arrangement as the company does.
