Good enginnering teams in SWE @apple

Joined recently as an SWE in an org under IS&S. I am getting a little worried about the quality of enginneers on-board. Lot of enginnees in my team are ex Infosys contractors and have only experience working in Infosys for Apple client and then switching to a full time role in Apple. IMO if avg engineers in your team are smarter than you, then you willl obviously improve over time. Should i explore some other teams inside Apple? I know switching teams in Apple is a tricky process where your manager gets to know about you interviewing in other internal teams even before you get an offer. Otherwise i can start looking outside in a few months. I had offers from Amazon and Microsoft but decided to join Apple since Blind gave a lot of postives in favor of Apple. Any suggestions deeply appreciated!
