Good or bad? Amazon raises minimum wage to $15
Just curious how this will affect Amazon and if it will cause prices to increase much if at all? Have employees at Walmart seen this impact their business at all since raising their minimum wage too? Some of the low end unskilled labor is going to get paid more. It's all good IMO .
Amazon can absorb it because of AWS, but other retailers will have a harder time. Good move.
No one is going to absorb it other than the consumer. Through the market.

Good move, now get rid of the assholes in this company to make it even better.
Why would it be bad? If I’m going to do business with a company, I’m going to want to feed good about giving them my money by knowing they’re creating good jobs that people can live off of. Sadly, most of these $15 jobs will me automated away.
