What is a good salary in Atlanta for someone with 12-13 YOE? I am in mid 30’s and with an yearly increase of about 3% I am not sure if I should be looking to switch.
Role is very good but promotions and big hikes are hard to come.
I am a principal architect. I believe there is a hiring freeze going on but it depends on the business unit you are applying to. Your best bet is to apply through at&t careers.
Pay here is excellent, if you’re happy with paper money. Culture is also great. The only catch is we aren’t really hiring in ATL right now - but keep an eye out, we should have more headcount here later this year. Square pays similarly, probably a bit less in equity (I’ve been a little lucky since I started) and is hiring like crazy iirc. Pandora is good, but not as good. Heard good things about pay at Samsara but can’t confirm. FullStory has great pay, a new grad friend said their base offer was 120k. There are at least a few others in the top tier pay-wise, but I don’t remember all of them right now.
Thanks for the intel.
