I have an on-site interview prep call with an AWS recruiter tomorrow. Any good/useful questions to ask them? The position is 'customer operations specialist'. Also any idea of what compensation is like for that position on the east coast? Entry level
They drop mail with base compensation for role. Then they ask your expectations. Bonus and RSUs are more easy to negotiate
Hey do you mind sharing details of how your conversation went? I have an interview coming up as well

Avoid teams with only Chinese or Indians especially with a Chinese/Indian manager
Am I the only one asking expected compensation range as one of the first questions to recruiters? I honestly just do it cause I don’t want to waste everyone’s time for roles that would pay me less than current one
