Not going by all the best places to work etc. I believe those are rigged. Which company have you experienced good work culture? I worked at a startup acquires by Microsoft. It was by far the best work culture

I like explorer.ai - they are in stealth but getting a lot of traction from customers
AT&T - nobody talks to anybody because we’re so sparse in this building. Literally each employee on shift has 20,000 square feet to themselves if they want it.
