Hi - I have 12 years of industry experience. Can you tell me what’s the TC for sales / customer engineer at google cloud team? And do I fall under L5 or higher?

L5. Upper 200s low 300s in Bay Area imo. It’s always best to get competing offer to drive it. Edit: not sure if anything has changed with change in leadership
Google has been recruiting crazily in cloud group. Makes sense to increase bonus and reduce base to motivate folks to win more deals which indirectly helps google to increase market share in cloud
