Google CME perf rating increase
I am a L4 Googler from India. Just completed my perf with my manager. My manager marked me CME for my first Noogler journey and completion. Is it mandatory all Nooglers get CME rating? They told we cannot give more as you haven't accomplished many projects. What will be my percent increase in base salary and bonus. Please advise TC : 45 Lacs L4 : 6 YOE
I too heard that's common as your initial months as a noogler will be mostly occupied for ramping up.
Btw your tc looks low for L4 for your yoe. Didn't have any competing offers for negotiation or didn't negotiate at all? Or is this average tc over 4 years which doesn't include front-load vesting? Just wondering as I'm joining L3 with same tc (front-load vesting) and lesser yoe.
Yes I was at 12 earlier with an Indian MNC so was nothing more to say. This is without the GSU. GSU is 40 lacs for 4 years. Please let me know the percent increase I may get.
