Google being product company, does Google also have consulting team (like IBM or SAP), who would go to client site and work through implementation or help client to customize Google solutions within the paradigm, or help customers understand and transform their business to leverage best of Google products?? In short, does Google have Product vs Consulting team. If yes, which is better or more in demand??
Any other team in Google having consulting exposure apart from GCP?
I am not too sure
I think gtech is their consulting/customer service arm.
Is GTech specialised in any specific technology or it is just consulting arm?? , is it part of Google?
Yes gtech is an org in Google. I interviewed with a recruiter. It sounded like a consulting gig to me. It is focused on specific products. In my case it was ad products. Seems like the product depends on location. They have getch technical consultant jobs on the Google jobs page.
Yep. Solutions Consultants at gtech frequently work consulting type gigs
