Google Customer Success Manager/Technical Account Manager

My friend is interviewing with Google in Vancuover/Toronto. The recruiter said he’s going to get an annual bonus of 20% of base salary. How much equity should he ask? Its going to 25% for 4 years. Total experience is ~20 years.
