Google EM - Too bad to ping recruiter ?

Hey Blind folks - I completed my virtual on-site with Google for a EM position 2 weeks ago. The recruiter spoke to me last week saying 4/5 are strong hire and the last one is leaning hire. However one of the strong hire interviewer hasn’t submitted their feedback yet.

Earlier this week, recruiter said they have not submitted yet and possibly due to perf going on in Google. According to the recruiter next steps are; wait for the feedback, pass to the hiring managers that were interested in my profile, have them speak to me (team fit) and so they can write SoS, take to HC. How long is this process going to take!

I have a couple other offers. One solid, other in verbal, no numbers yet. I want to be able to set expectations if I am sure to get to Google!

1. Should I keep nagging the recruiter ?
2. Is there hope in Google working out ?
