Google Hardware/Operations

What is it like there? Are the Pixel/Nest teams basically a bunch of ex-Apple and other consumer hardware folks? I'm not so much asking about hardware/product design but more about operations side like TPM/PQM/SBE/SDE roles. How would life compare there with Apple? #hardware #engineer #google #operations
