I just got my onsite scores from recruiter for L4 SWE Scores were Hire,Hire,Hire,Hire,Lean Hire I’m paranoid from reading unexpected HC results, how likely is it for a candidate to get rejected at this stage? YoE: 3.5 #Google #hc #l4 #hiringcommittee
If they down level you that's unprecedented levels of bs
I'm so surprised. Some recruiters never reveal the scores and only give feedback. And some give out these.
Also how are u already at Google and interviewing at Google ? U were a contractor?
I see
That's what I asked..may be he/she/they/ze is a contractor
Were there any domain questions OP?
Not really, but it definitely felt like knowing the ins and outs of the interview language helped
How long did you hear back? I gave onsite last Wed, followed up yesterday, recruiter is not replying
Pretty quick, ~1 day, sounds like it varies but my recruiter was really easy to work with and responded in < 1 hr on any communication. Great experience there tbh
Holy shit congrats OP! Hoping you land an offer! Things are looking pretty good. I have an onsite next week for L4 and am super nervous ngl.I just hope luck is on my side at this point lol
Thanks gluck to you too!
Did you hear back OP?
@OP, just curious, did you make it?

How did you feel about each interview? Did you feel you did well?
I did not feel like I did well on two of them, expected LNH, so surprised as the scores
Is this PM or SWE?
