Google India Interview

I have interview with Google India. Recruiter reached out to me and talked about various levels. She asked me whether I want to interview for L3 or L4. What level should I target L3 or L4? I read google tends to down level to L3 anyways for my experience. Is it worth going from Amazon SDE2 to Google SDE1 in terms of growth, scope and influence. P.S. I am very happy with my current work and WLB. YOE: 2 TC: 35 LPA

Google is not like Microsoft where you could have 2 yoe and come in at L61 (I’d come in at L62 with 3.5 yoe in 2015) Good luck trying that strategy :)
