Google India in January - Any tips for increasing TC?
Yes, it's a bad time to join, and I'm hoping that my manager will cut me some slack for a refresher / raise by end of year. I've got an L3 position with lower than usual TC.
What should I do (apart from joining in December) to ensure I get a better-than-average raise and refresher? Note that I have a pretty low TC and was hoping to bring this up with my manager after 3-4 months of work.
- I'll be a top performer, and willing to work extra hours to show perf
- I'm super enthusiastic to learn other tech. Will put in the extra effort and help out on other stacks.
- My experience includes startups, so I'm good at people skills and prioritising / working sprints.
- I'm a good human overall, and haven't had personal problems with managers.
