I just got my results from my onsite (took about 3 weeks from my interview) and sadly I did not get it :( Boohoo oh well im not super sad, but whats eating me up is not knowing HOW well i did / didn’t do. I didnt get much feedback, besides not coding as well as they expected. I kind of expected that as I know I didnt do my best and didnt study enough. What got me confused was that my recruiter said to go through him/her the next time I apply, which made me think I didn’t do too bad, but yeah now I’m still wondering about my performance, which would have been useful for my future interviews. Does Google not tell you your feedback unless it was good? Also why the long wait for the rejection?
Nobody gives feedback. I've never been given a feedback for an interview I failed. Not sure about small startups but definitely not at big tech companies.
They don’t give feedback no matter what , in my experience - fail or succeed. If you succeed it’s always the generic “they think you will be a great addition to the team”
Generally what is the process? How many should be strong hire out of 5?

I paid 250 for a Google Referral and got Scammed
Recruiters say that cause their job is to find ppl to get hired. If you go thru someone else and get hired they dont get the credit. Probably not really related to ur interview performance.
