Google Interview guide

Next week, I'll be scheduling dates for my 1st phone interview with Google. I have solved arnd ~ 250 leetcode mostly medium and hard.
Just wanted to know, with 3.5 YEO, will I be asked System design qns ? and also any language specific qns (My current job revolves around Java and also for the role I have applied is in Java. I'll have to prepare for it from interview perspective.)
