Google L3 comp possible?

Is it possible to get 150k base, 260k/4 stocks, 60k sign-on from Google MTV as L3?
My current offer deadline from one another FAANG is today for these numbers and just got to know HC passed and team matching done at Google. Recruiter at Google is saying they might take until tomorrow or Wednesday for initial offer numbers though.

    Got 145, 440, 100 as L3. It was matching my FB E4 offer. But I sadly rejected because of levelling.

      That's why I felt insulting for the whole google down levelling thing. My application was supposed to be an L4, but recruiter sent it in as L3 cuz he felt that more confident on getting an offer. Initially he told me it was a decision made by the HC to downgrade. After I rejected saying level was the concern he told me it wasn't the HC, he just thought L3 would be safer for me. Next time when interviewing, should just tell recruiter that I would not accept a lower level.

      Recruiter's goal is to get people hired. They know the Google brand name carries value to applicants which is why applicants accept offers even if they were down levelled or lowballed salary. I recommend anyone targeting a level higher than L3 at Google to push back and tell the recruiter that you will only consider L4 or L5 for example. It's too late now, but you should you be more demanding (but polite) next time.
