After second attempt.. got a L4 application engineer (not SWE) offer from Google NYC. 145k base, 220 k RSU, 20k joining, 32 K relocation, 15% bonus. (Used Bloomberg competing offer, fb and Amazon.. no offer) Total yoe 10 yr ( 5 yrs in support , 5 in Development of backend for distributed systems in java) . How's the offer? Current 130k TC in Philadelphia suburb.
Was the Bloomberg offer not good and which team was it for?
Good offer but RSU can go up. Shoot for 300k stocks.
@Googler19 did you have to send the Bloomberg offer to recruiter or you told them verbally.

How can I find success dating in NYC
Wow. That's pretty good for L4 application engineer. Base is on par with SWE. Stocks can go up though. Another question I would ask is have you read the job description for application engineer?
Thanks. Yes. Based on the JD sounds like work on internal apps and develop integrations b/w apps and systems.
Yes. I just wanted you to know this since this much different than SWE role at Google.
