What do you think of this offer for a L5 research scientist (SRS) in AI/ML? Base: 205K Bonus: 15% RSUs: 850K Sign-on: 100K TC: 548K first year, and 448K after. 6 YoE after PhD. Best I've seen for l5 research.
Many L6 SWE get lower than this. Except for 20% target bonus. Your TC may be very close to the median TC for L6 SWE at Google.
