Approval came in, L5 PM in Sunnyvale. YOE 7, wondering how this looks like: Base: 165k Equity: 510 over 4 years Bonus: 15% Sign-on: 10k From research this seems on the lower side, but want to see what people think

Yes that is what I thought. Not crying to the poor house, but the base is a little on the low side. Moving out from the midwest to the valley, how does this translate into life in the valley?
You'll spend a ton on rent depending on whether you have family here. Childcare, schooling, housing etc adds up. Get ready to feel poor even with the big numbers
