Recievee the comp numbers for L5 program manager role in the people ops team. Base: 150k Performance bonus : 15% Equity : 300k TOC: 250k Recruiter said cannot go higher on base. Would appreciate any advice! Thanks.

Looks good. Most folks see less equity. Base close to top. Equity will be hard to increase. Try asking for 30-40k signing
Thanks :). I wasn’t offered a signing bonus but I was told if I want it, it will be taken out of equity and heavily taxed.
Negotiate and give them some reasons, eg. you would miss some bonus at your previous employer, your spouse work is affected, you need to get a car to commute etc

I think its not really a great offer (like outta 10, I'd say its a 6/10 offer...maybe 7 because this is in people ops) if you're living in SF. You NEED a Signon if you're moving man. If you're not, fine, but they should throw you something. Make up something you're losing as result of joining them. And think about this- Do you HAVE to join Google? if no, then that gives you leverage power to say "I am not taking this offer unless I get what I want" (obv diplomatically).
