Is that 100k per year? Is so, very solid offer. If that's 25k / year, you can push that up.

If that's 100k/yr it is a top of band offer. The only thing you can probably change is to move some of the RSU into sign on. (Can have at least 50k there, probably more) If 100k/4 years, then that offer is odd TBH. $150k is a very nice base for L4, but $100k is a very low equity grant.

Base is on high end of l4 at Austin
