I have an upcoming interview for Google Product Manager. Need some help with good pointers to prepare. Anyone who has cracked the PM interview recently, please do share your prep strategy
I have done these already. Plugged on to seller peers for mock interviews . In addition I have also solved interview maths. But Google product manager Interviews are a bit different. I want to know what are the key things they look for? Are there any internal best practices etc.
Customer empathy is the biggest value. Nail the estimation questions. Tie in other google products to product design questions
Don't just make it efficient. Make it nice.

Same here. On-site in three weeks. Below are my resources. You may already know them, but someone down the road may someone search this may find it helpful. What I do: Do as many mock interviews as possible. I organize through Lewis Lin's PM slack channel. I've done over 50. I learned what NOT to do. Classic PM prep books: Decode and Conquer, Cracking the PM Interview, 164 Actual PM Questions and Answers Really just a lot of practice with the frameworks. What stage are you on?
