Hello everyone, I have an upcoming Product Manager interview for Google. I am currently reading Decode and Conquer and 164 PM questions by Lewis Lin. Please advise on what/how to prepare. Thanks
Read the books you already have, practice and then understand where your weaknesses are and focus on those.
Which one is better - decode conquer or 164 questions?
Following. I have the same question. 164 only has paperback version and is twice the price

I just got an offer as a PM at Google. You have the right books. Throw in cracking PM interview book. Make your own frameworks to solve problems. Practice every single day for 30 minutes. Research technology trends and read a ton of news articles. Make sure to code a bit and catch up on things such as ML, distributed systems, data structures, etc.
Hey, Thank you for your advise. Can you please advise me for the coding part. 1) What shall I study and from where 2) Should I just focus on algorithms/data structures or on any specific programming language
Cracking the coding interview is a good book for this. Practice online (leetcode?). Don’t concentrate on specific coding language, practice programming in the language you’re most comfortable in. The interview is less about how you can code, more your understanding of programming; statistically PMs who know coding are much more successful than ones who don’t.
