So I am shortly interviewing with Google for a product manager and I am an MBA? What should I expect
I would love to hear from engineers - why do most dislike Project/Product managers?
Honestly I'm a PM and I can see why they aren't valued by engineers at a place like Google. PMs really shine at companies where the business requirements are complex, not just the code. When you're tweaking powerful tech constantly like they do at Google I would imagine a PM who isn't technical just seems like another annoying person bossing you around who doesn't understand what you're doing.
They hate Product Managers who are not technical enough and call the shots on them. I will not even talk about project managers...They are complete waste of time. AI will replace that job in 10 years.
You work at ADP IN BAY or in LA? Pretty interesting that Google is hiring MBA Product Managers. They are typically big on CS Product Managers.
"cracking the pm interview" will give you an idea what to expect
Kellogg MBA might have helped you in getting the interview. Unfortunately It means precisely 0 from here on.
