Google RSU refreshers

Does Google provide rsu refreshers once in a year or every 6 months ? N what is the refreshers range for L4 and L5 ? TC: $330, ICT4, YOE 5.5

Depends on the grant size. Different Grant sizes have different vesting schedule. Any grant higher than 160 GSUs will vest monthly.

I m not asking about vesting schedule, wanted to know how frequently grants are rewarded? Do you get new rsu grant every 6 month with perf review or every year ?

Yearly refreshers. Though first year you likely won't get any refresher.

Yep. With your holiday bonus. You're not eligible your first year.

There may be a pro-rate on first year, if you are early enough.
