Hi All, Google recruiter email - after 8 days of onsite - stating " Hope you are well. I have the feedback from your interviews and would love to share it with you. Let me know when will be the best time to connect or as last time you can go into my calendar to book a suitable time slot - my calendar. Thanks!" After that, on my asking I would be keen to know the interviewers' review, positive/negative, or accept/reject, before I speak to the recruiter on call, their email in return was "Thanks for booking a slot and lets discuss the matter over the phone on Monday. Thanks" Please interpret and share your experiences and outcomes for similar generic responses post onsite! This is for india location, and recruitment team for the india roles based in Singapore google office. Thanks a lot! #google #googleindia #recruiter #googlerecruiter #offer #onsite @google Also, This response came post Thursday midnight, with no options for Friday discussion... Straight slot available for Monday mid day only! I’d really hope they would not wait jump a weekend, make me book a slot, all for a simple "rejection". Would have been happier if it would have been an email. Waiting 3 days with this generic email response, for the call is not ideal, to hear "we will not select you" one liner message!
Reject for sure, correct me if I'm wrong. Still, hope you pass it
Sure, will definitely update the result. I’d really hope they would not wait jump a weekend, make me book a slot, all for a simple rejection. Would have been happier if it would have been an email. Waiting 3 days with this response, for the call is not ideal!
If the wait is worth a day acceptable, but a scheduled “time”, looming 3 days in future is not good to keep on anticipating!
I got my onsite reject by email, but I saw that coming from a mile away. Choked hard.

Sadly - recruiter states "I'd love to share feedback with you" which generates more anxiety, if its a reject why "love to share"!
Happens all the time even smiley faces for rejects
Very true, someone told me yesterday, they enjoy the "brand value" in creating anxiety for results!
Did she use Tahoma or Times new Roman? If it’s Arial then it’s 100% rejection
Really? I think that cannot be true, I hope you are just trolling!
🤣
I don't know anything about India or Singapore, but I disagree with the others here. Your recruiter's phrasing sounds pretty positive - my guess would be that you did well enough to send to HC.
Wow, thank you for that positive interpretation, I would love if that would be the case, and I'd certainly update this thread, I can see that lot of people have posted these kind of queries but ultimately after getting the result/response, not answered to anyone who have replied on the thread! I hope you are right, thanks a lot, and would in any case update here :)
Yeah... How is that message not positive? Would the recruiter tell the candidate they would "love to share" their rejection?
I’d suggest to not read too much into these logistics. Due to pandemic, everyone’s availability is limited. It can be “next steps” discussion as well.
Thank you, for the positive response, I hope it is more of next steps, but I still wanted to know if others have experienced the same process and what they got in outcome, but it seems the results are varied! :)
Usually a No in such cases.
Swaying both ways! Waiting for the call
@Ripple, kindly don't get your hopes up. I had the exact same issue recently. If they want to hire you, they'll usually call on the same/next day. They will never give out negative feedback or constructive criticism in writing via email, because of lawsuits
Don’t worry, from the email it seems like a yes. I got a similar email from my recruiter when I passed the interview
Thanks a lot!! Its always a relief to hear from others who have had similar response! I'd definitely come in and thank you once I have the call whichever way the response goes :)
This is mostly a NO

This is what happened to me and many other friends of mine. Recruiter asked us to find a empty 15 minutes slot
