Anything can happen including a reject… Only Hiring Committee’s final result can be trusted before you move forward to Team Match Stage. Recruiter’s own words can never be used to make offer decisions. That said you should have a general sense of how you performed at Onsite. We need folks now and you most likely will pass if you feel you can pass
pretty sure I did well! thanks
These are always tough… If you’re at the hiring committee stage, I think there’s a data point floating out there (on the interwebs) mentioning a +90% chance of getting an offer. If you haven’t requested yet, I would send a request to your Salesforce recruiter to extend the deadline by a week. Worst case is that they say “no”.
will do, thanks!
This isn’t true. Having your packet sent to the Hiring Committee only means you aren’t the worst 40-50% percent that got their application straight out discarded before reaching HC because their interview performance was too miserable, still anything can happen at HC. (Rej, additional interview, move to TM stage)
I would say you're very likely in unless someone in the hiring committee very strongly is against your candidacy. Google tries the be transparent but avoids getting anyone's hopes up if they aren't going to get an offer
Ask for offer extension, if not accept it and figure out what to do if google extends offer. Bird in hand…
It’s cloudy today, what are the odds of a rain?
