Google recruiter reached out saying that they will be sending an offer soon, but would like to know how much I would expect to see (base+bonus, stock, sign-on). I don't have any competing offers yet, but will I be able to at least use my current TC as a baseline comparison to beat? I am an SDE II in the Bay Area with 4 YOE Current TC: $240k ($160k base, $80k stock)
Why are u moving from Amazon ? Didn't u like the work or team ?
Google >>>>>>>>> Amazon
Get ready for a low ball offer
Ask base salary atleast 180K
thats solid L5 base...
Curious question, if you have a higher base than what they offer. Do they match? Or is it like "We are Google"?

Google CFO confirms 'large-scale' layoffs (Apr 17)

Recruiter said that all the on-site coding rounds received strong positive feedback. Given this, should I expect to receive a "high L4" offer?
